How to travel on an airplane and be a fashion icon?
One of my favortie things to do is have strangers think I look good or get random compliments.
A great place to do that is the airport.
I am flying in about 2 weeks cross country.
What should I wear/bring?
I have a louis vuitton messenger bag to travel with…
Should I wear designer jeans? Juicy sweats?
Should I carry starbucks?

On the plane, wear something that you will be comfortable in. Maybe a C&C California knit dress or possibly a blousy top paired with some dark wash straight-leg jeans. Whatever you wear, make sure you wear nice shoes. As for shoes, leave your Christian Louboutin pumps in your suitcase! Heels will definitely kill on the flight. Also stay away from flip flops, because as well as being veryy casual, your feet may get chilly. Juicy Couture sweats are cute, but make sure you don’t get the top and bottom the same color, because it is too matchy-matchy. Since Juicy Couture is getting pretty cliche these days, you may want to even try a different brand of sweats. They are called 2BeFree, and all the stars (including Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie) wear these cute&comfortable outfits. It is sunny up in the airplane sometimes, so bring a nice pair of sunglasses. I suggest Oliver Peoples, because it is a great brand that is extremely high-quality. I wouldn’t suggest trying to carry a Starbucks into the airplane, because you will most likely be majorly delayed. After 9/11 the security is very tight, and you aren’t able to bring much of any liquid onto the plane. If you are flying first class, though, you will be offered drinks&appetizers as soon as you board the plane, even before takeoff. Happy flying!

I suggest going for the Victoria Beckham look. Nice oversized sunglasses, skinny jeans, cute pumps, a blouse that goes well with the pumps, a few bangles, a pendant necklace, and you’re good to go! Sure, a coffee will add to the feel of it! I wouldn’t go with the sweats. You want to look trendy not trampy. Have fun!
